Lockdown Take 2 Information

Due to the latest government restrictions we will be closing our store for the second lockdown on Thursday 5th November. We hope to re-open on Thursday 3rd December inline with the current government guidance available. During the lockdown you can still contact us via email or direct message on Facebook or Instagram or feel free to telephone us and leave us a message and we will get back to you as quick as we can. We Are Sadly Closing Our Store…

It is with great sadness that we announce we are closing our store on Saturday 19th December 2020. We were so excited this year to be celebrating 30 years of trading in April but unfortunately the world has been sent in to turmoil this year with the global pandemic.
The impact on most businesses has been horrific but especially in the wedding industry where both the couples planning to get married and all the wedding suppliers and manufacturers have been, we feel, completely forgotten.
Unfortunately we have seen another influx of postponements and/or a reduction in the services required from us since the most recent government announcements, we therefore feel whilst we are in the fortunate position to continue to fulfil all of our customers orders that we must act now to guarantee this remains possible.
Our bridal, bridesmaid, prom and flower girl department will close completely, we currently have lots of beautiful items in stock which will now be available to buy with up to 70% discount.
Our menswear department will continue with a new more customer friendly service, which will have greater flexibility with both evening and weekend appointments available. We will be commencing our mobile formal suit hire service from January 2021, please contact us for more information.
We do have a large selection of ex-hire men’s and boys wear available to buy at a heavily discounted price.
We would like to thank all of our past and present customers for your custom and support over the years.

New Opening Hours

We will be operating slightly reduced hours during this transitional period until things get back to “normal”. Our opening hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am – 4pm, Wednesday and Sundays closed. Appointments maybe available outside of these hours, please contact us to discuss this option.

It’s official we are opening our doors on Monday 6th July, woohooo!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉.

We can not wait to get back to our lovely boutique, seeing all our brides and grooms, it’s going to be fabulous 🤩.

We have been busy decorating the store with black and yellow tape, hand washing signs and a new line of accessories – blue gloves and masks 😆. There will be some changes to the way we operate once we re-open but no compromise on the excellent service you will continue to receive 😃.

Our working hours will be slightly shorter and our appointments more staggered to help us comply with the government guidelines.

We will be working by appointment only to ensure we can maintain social distancing by limiting the amount of customer’s in store at any one time.

Our front door will remain locked, however please just knock the door or give us a quick telephone call when you arrive at the store on 01299 879888.

Obviously if you pop down without an appointment and we are available to serve with no other appointments in the store, we’d love to help 😍.

Please allow us time to step back from the door, prior to you entering to enable us to maintain social distancing.

We will ask that all customers use the hand sanitiser that will be on your right as you enter the door.

There will be a one way system clearly marked on the floor, please follow the arrows.

If you wish to wear gloves, please put them on after using the hand sanitiser by the door. Please feel free to wear a face mask.

For most appointments no gloves or masks will be required to be worn by either our staff or the customer as social distancing can be maintained however in all new bridal and bridesmaid appointments both the member of staff and bride/bridesmaid will be required to wear a face covering. This is to keep both our staff and you, our customer safe. If you do not have a face mask, one can be provided.

Please try and avoid touching any of the items on display within the store, if there is anything you would like to look at please allow us to assist you.

We ask that only two people attend an appointment either two men for suit fittings, a man for a suit fitting with a guest, a bride and a guest or a bride and bridesmaid. We are more than happy to offer wifi access to enable you to facetime or zoom call etc to enable additional people to get involved in your appointment.

Winter Opening Hours

Our last late night opening on a Thursday until 8pm is Thursday 28th November. All other opening hours remain the same during December and January except Thursdays will be 9am – 6pm. Thank you.

Prom Dress Pop Up Shop

We are hosting a Prom Dress Pop Up Shop, this Wednesday 30th October 2019, 11am – 3pm at Bells Hotel and Country Club, Coleford, Gloucestershire, GL16 8BE. We will have our fabulous range of prom dresses all on display. Why not pop in and have a browse. We only sell one design of each dress to each school so the sooner you visit us the more you’ll have to choose from. Secure your dress with just a £50 payment and then spread the remaining balance over 6 months.

Prom Dresses Galore!

We are thrilled to announce we will be stocking prom dresses this season. We’ve gone slightly sparkle crazy on our promtastic shopping spree! We will be updating our prom page as the gowns arrive in store. We are opening our prom diary on the 1st October 2019.
